honest opinions needed please!

hi I'm thinking of starting an environmentally friendly florist business, where I source the majority of my flower and foliage material locally and from around Britain. As well as all the usual services (wedding, funeral tributes etc.) I will offer the unique service of biodegradeable arrangements, to cut down on the use of cellophanes, metal and plastic frames etc.

I'm after some feedback about whether or not this idea seems worthwhile, to see if there is a market out there, so any comments, good, bad or in between would be recieved gratefully.
